Exterior rehabilitation and selective interior demolition. Work includes structural repairs, repointing of masonry walls, stucco repair, porch framing, decking, columns, balusters and enclosures, roof replacement and flashing, repair to terne metal roof, gutters and downspouts, window and door repairs/replacements, exterior painting, removal of exterior coatings.

Interior restoration-installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems; plaster repair and patching, new wall finishes, wood flooring repairs and infill, new wood flooring, stair restoration, decorative woodwork repairs, millwork, new kitchens and bathrooms, new tile work, and interior painting.
