Exterior renovation which included replacement of floor joists and sills. Repair and replacement of wood siding. Refurbishment of wood windows and hardware. Wood column and architectural woodwork repair. Replacement of wood shingle roof. Production and installation of wood doors to match existing/original. Exterior painting. Interior renovation which included: selective demolition, followed by completion of the remainder of interior work at the historic house, including repair and replacement of interior doors. Installation of hardware, repairs to architectural woodwork, masonry, fireplaces, plaster repair and replacement, painting and decorative painting treatments.
